01Who we are
cogentnootropics.co.uk is operated by COGENT. Our registered details are on the contact page, and you can reach us at hello@cogentnootropics.co.uk.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean COGENT. "You" means the person placing the order. "The site" means cogentnootropics.co.uk.
02Who can order
You must be 18 or over to order from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
You should not order if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking prescribed medication, without speaking to a doctor or pharmacist first.
We may cancel and refund any order where we have reason to believe these conditions aren't met.
03Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you complete checkout and not when you receive an order acknowledgement.
We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, where there's an error in the listed price or description, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we've already taken payment, we refund it in full.
04Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.
We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we've already accepted.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we're not obliged to supply it at that price. We'll contact you and either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.
05Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

06Cancellation and returns
Your statutory right to cancel, and our returns policy, are set out in full on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
07About the products
The products sold on this site are supplied as consumer products. They are not licensed medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that they do.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. It is general information about what we sell. If you have a health condition, take prescribed medication, or are worried about your focus, stress or mood, speak to a qualified professional.
You are responsible for reading the label and following the stated directions, including the maximum daily amount.
08Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Nothing in these terms tries to.
Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
